"Made it easy to see where my strengths and weaknesses were" in powerlifting

I've been doing resistance training for about 10 years now and also played football for 2 years in university and ran track during that time period. I like challenging myself and often look for new ways to change up my workouts when I hit a plateau or find that my enthusiasm to workout has plummeted slightly. I decided to get back into power lifting and enlisted the help of James to help me get back that explosiveness that I once had when squatting and dead lifting. I don't often give compliments and rarely ever impressed by most trainers because I've been training so long but James definitely surprised me. He tackled all of my problem areas like a mathematical equation, breaking down every PL exercise in sequences and steps which made it easy to see where my strengths and weaknesses were. Unfortunately, my time with him was short-lived (only a month) as I moved into a new home recently which isn't close to the gym that he trains at. Don't think I'll find another trainer like him but I'm very grateful to the knowledge and skills that he has passed on to me as I still incorporate them at my new gym. James isn't one of those trainers who just sticks to what he knows as personal development is very important to him as well. Wish more trainers were like you and I have no doubt you will do well in you personal training career. Missing our classes already!!! Continue to excel and do great things bro.
