James offers multiple services that share a focus on improving movement and building strength. He provides training, coaching, and consultations in both personal, and small group settings. Regardless of your current fitness level, or previous experience with strength training and conditioning, James can help you develop and reach your fitness goals.
Programs are conceived and constructed to be personal, purposeful and progressive.
Personal Training
Personal training is where you will receive the most precision in your programming and coaching. Based off of your current abilities, James will work with you to create a customized plan that is specific to your goals. James will create a plan that is both purposeful and progressive. Personal training is comprised both one on one sessions with James, and at home/community program for independent training to accelerate progress and support learning, practice and personal accountability.
Semi-Private Training (2-4 individuals)
Semi-Private Training has the added benefit of a group training environment. Surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals working towards similar goals creates a strong team atmosphere. Feeding off the energy created by the group, strong support and encouragement enable you to accomplish more than you thought possible.
